Trident Social Investment Group’s ongoing work in the area of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) was acknowledged at the National Centre for Diversity’s Annual Awards dinner held recently at ICC in Birmingham. This prestigious event which recognises the EDI activities of companies and ranks them out of a top 100 list of companies, placed Trident 35th on the list.
The National Centre for Diversity works with companies throughout the UK to create more diverse and inclusive work forces through more than just tick box exercises, in a hope of promoting a fairer community in which we all live.

Trident currently holds the Leaders in Diversity Accreditation from the National Centre for Diversity, the highest accreditation that they award, for its ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
